English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
The ESOL programme offers adult learners with an opportunity to develop the language skills they need to live and work in Ireland.
Students will be facilitated in:
· Building and developing their spoken English skills
· Developing their understanding of spoken English
· Reading and understanding text
· Writing and grammar
· Preparing for further study and/or employment
All courses are delivered to meet the individual learning needs of the learner.
The programme offers a range of options for students and may include:
Literacy and ESOL
ESOL for Beginners
ESOL for Improvers
QQI Level 2 Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening
QQI Level 3 English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
QQI Level 3 Communications
QQI Level 4 English for Speakers of Other Languages
Students will develop new skills and gain confidence with English language. These courses focus on the skills needed for everyday life and supporting progression to further education, training or employment.
